Terms and Conditions

All paid orders received will be despatched within 2 working days.

Payment by Cheque - please allow 5 working days from the date of arrival for the cheque to clear.

Payment by Postal order - will be despatched within 2 working days.

Returns - Returned goods are accepted if they are still in their original packaging and are received undamaged. A refund will be given for the item but not the postage (if under the value of £15).

Faulty Goods - please contact 01386-765393 within 48 hours of receipt.

Tiara's, Fascinators and Jewellery cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.  Please make sure your purchase is correct before ordering.

I am afraid I do not ship overseas due to the amount of goods that have arrived damaged.
